Production Process

Step 1 Prepare 55% high quality wood fiber,35% HDPE, 10% Anti-mildw and other additive, Once the raw materials are selected, they undergo thorough mixing in high-shear blenders, creating a dough-like consistency.
Step 2 High temperature co-extrusion molding Step 3 Polish the surface to make the panel smooth.
Step 4 Wood grain is pressed onto the surface of the panel to make it more beautiful; customers can also choose to skip this step.
Step 5 Four panels are wrapped with plastic film Step 6 Place the packaged panels on a wooden pallet, and then wrap the entire panel with plastic film.
After these six steps, we will ship the panels to your address.
